We Have the Power to Live Victoriously!

Ephesians 1:15-23:   For this reason, ever since I heard about your faith in the Lord Jesus and your love for all God’s people, I have not stopped giving thanks for you, remembering you in my prayers.  I keep asking that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the glorious Father, may give you the Spirit of wisdom and revelation, so that you may know him better.  I pray that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened in order that you may know the hope to which he has called you, the riches of his glorious inheritance in his holy people, and HIS INCOMPARABLY GREAT POWER FOR US WHO BELIEVE. THAT POWER IS THE SAME AS THE MIGHTY STRENGTH HE EXERTED WHEN HE RAISED CHRIST FROM THE DEAD AND SEATED HIM AT HIS RIGHT HAND IN THE HEAVENLY REALMS, far above all rule and authority, power and dominion, and every name that is invoked, not only in the present age but also in the one to come.  And God placed all things under his feet and appointed him to be head over everything for the church, which is his body, the fullness of him who fills everything in every way.

What a mighty God we serve!  Praise the Lord!

I want you to think about something today – a very powerful part of this Scripture.

“That power is the same as the mighty strength he exerted when he raised Christ from the dead and seated him at his right hand in the heavenly realms.”  Have you ever thought about this before?  If we truly believe what the word of God says, than we can stand confident today knowing that whatever we ask for in prayer will be done IF ONLY WE BELIEVE!  I don’t know about you, but I’m ready to believe and allow the power of God to move in my life!

Dear God, we praise You for this great power that you have given us, to us who believe.  Dear God, we hand all of our problems, sins, sicknesses, pains, and lives over to You today.  We ask in Jesus name that You will direct our paths, lead us in the way we should go, and bring to life within us the great power that you have given to those who believe!  We are ready God to defeat the attacks of the devil.  We are ready to stand firm on Your Word!  We are ready to take back our lives!  We are ready to live completely for You!  Hallelujah!  Dear God, in Jesus name, I pray Your blessings upon each one of our lives.  I plead the blood of Jesus upon us and our families!  We love You so much!  In Jesus name, Amen!
